Gruppo Profilati considers it of fundamental importance the protection of the personal data of the Users of the website www.profilati.com (hereinafter "Site") of its own and / or potential customers and of the subjects with whom it has, for various reasons, a contractual relationship, therefore, through this Policy, made pursuant to art. 13 Reg.UE 2016/679 (General Regulation on Data Protection), Gruppo Profilati intends to share its policy on the processing of personal data.

Navigation data

Personal data are collected and processed by the Gruppo Profilati Companies for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 6 e 9 del Reg. UE 2016/679.

4. METHOD OF TREATMENT AND DURATION
Personal data acquired by the Gruppo Profilati Companies will be processed by personnel expressly authorized and appointed by each of the Data Controllers, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, protection of privacy and rights of the data subject. The Gruppo Profilati companies will process the data of the interested party for the duration strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes of the processing, in full compliance with the conservation obligations established by law.

Personal data will be processed at the headquarters of each of the Data Controllers, with the aid of IT / computer or paper tools, ensuring the use of adequate technical and organizational security measures, pursuant to and for the purposes of . 32 Reg. UE 2016/679, suitable to reduce the risk of destruction, loss, unauthorized access or processing of personal data not allowed or in any case not in accordance with the purposes of the relative collection.
5. PROVIDING OF PERSONAL DATA

The provision of personal data by Customers and Suppliers is mandatory for the execution of the contract and / or for the fulfillment of the related legal obligations.
PROVIDING OF PERSONAL DATA BY CANDIDATES FOR WORK OFFERS
The provision of personal data by candidates to job offers is optional, however, incorrect or partial disclosure of data may prevent the owner to contact and / or evaluate the candidacy of the person concerned. The consent to the processing of data is optional and always revocable by sending an email to the Data Controller.
6. COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
FIELD OF COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
The personal data of customers and suppliers may be transmitted to the other Companies of the Gruppo Profilati as Co-Controllers of the processing pursuant to art. 26 Reg.EU 2016/679, as well as to third-party or professional companies, of which the Gruppo Profilati Companies avail themselves in the performance of their business activities. It is hereby specified that these "third parties", in compliance with the provisions of Art. 28 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, the role of Data Processors and consequently observe, pursuant to a specific contractual agreement, the security standards regarding the processing of data communicated to them.
FIELD OF COMMUNICATION OF DATA OF CANDIDATES TO WORK OFFERS
The personal data and the curriculum vitae of the candidates for job vacancies may be sent to personnel selection companies of which the Gruppo Profilati Companies use to outsource the research and selection of personnel. With the consent of the candidate to the job offer, the CV of the same can be transmitted to the other companies of the Gruppo Profilati.
In any case, the personal data provided by the interested parties will not be disseminated or transmitted in third countries (non-EU).

7. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED
In accordance with the provisions of Articles 15 ss of EU Reg. 2016/679, at any time the User and, more generally, those interested in the treatment (candidates for job offers and customers / suppliers - the latter if they fall under the notion of "interested parties") may exercise towards the Data Controller, their rights to:
