THE THERMAL TREATMENT
EOn completion of the extruded process, the profiles undergo an ageing treatment in the oven for 5-7 hours at a temperature of 180°C to 185°C, thus greatly improving the mechanical characteristics.
The new production plant in Medicina has two modern ageing ovens that work continuously, using an innovative entirely-automated handling sustem. This system guarantees a significant increase in production levels at the same time guaranteeing maximum quality. |
